Is Vault free?

Yes. The app is free, with no ads. Some tournaments may have an entry fee set by the organiser, shown before you join.

Which phones does Vault run on?

Android today, available on Google Play.

Why do I need a phone number?

We verify new accounts with a one-time code to keep the community safe from fake accounts. You can browse as a guest without one.

I forgot my password.

Use "Forgot password?" on the login screen. It sends a code to the phone number you registered with.

How do I report someone?

Use the report option on any message, profile or listing. Moderators review reports.
