Delete your Vault account
Draft for review. These pages were written from how the app works and are not legal advice. Have them reviewed, then set legalDraft to false in src/site.mjs.
You can delete your account and its data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Vault and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is removed straight away.
Option 2: by email
If you cannot open the app, email Tcg@vaultbahrain.com from the address on your account, or include your username and registered phone number, with the subject Delete my Vault account. We may ask you to confirm you own the account, and will complete the request promptly.
What is deleted
Your profile, username, email, phone number, photos, gallery, listings, bids, saved items, notification settings and push tokens, and your account sign-in.
What may remain
Reports, moderation and safety records, and anonymised match or tournament history needed to keep results consistent may be kept where required for safety or by law. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Messages you sent to other people may remain visible to them without your profile details.
