Who can use Vault
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you. You can browse as a guest, but need an account to join in.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
Community rules
Be respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not spam, impersonate others, cheat in tournaments, manipulate results or rankings, or attempt to break or overload the service. Messages are screened automatically, and moderators may remove content and warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and deliver it within Vault so the features work. Only post content you have the right to share.
Tournaments
Tournaments have their own rules, schedules and, sometimes, entry fees and prizes, set by the organiser and shown before you join. Organisers and admins make the final call on results, disputes and disqualifications.
Marketplace
The marketplace lets members list, browse, save and bid on cards and collectibles. Deals are made between users. Vault does not take part in, guarantee or process payment for these deals and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity or delivery of items. Meet safely, check items carefully and report suspicious listings. Fake, stolen or prohibited items are not allowed.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put the community at risk. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account or through the web request page.
Availability and liability
Vault is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users post or do. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Trademarks
Vault is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher. Game names, card art and logos belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Vault after a change means you accept it.
