What is not allowed
We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children. This includes CSAM, sexualised content involving minors, grooming, sextortion and child trafficking. It applies everywhere in Vault: community chats, private messages, photos, marketplace listings, profiles and usernames.
Who can use Vault
Vault is for people aged 13 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it.
How to report a concern
In the app you can report a message in a community chat, report a user from a private chat, report a marketplace listing, and block any user. You can also email us at Tcg@vaultbahrain.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What we do about it
Our moderators review reports. The text of community messages is screened automatically before it is sent. We remove content that breaks these standards, suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible, and keep the records needed for an investigation.
Reporting to authorities
When we confirm CSAM, we report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and law enforcement in Bahrain, and we cooperate with lawful requests.
Legal compliance
We comply with the child safety laws and regulations that apply to our service.
Child safety contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety notifications, from users, authorities and Google Play, is Tcg@vaultbahrain.com.
